Weekly, sometimes daily, I’d pop them, knowing deep down I hated relying on them, but I didn’t know what else to do.
Then something changed. My diet. It wasn’t instant, but bit by bit, I started making small changes, and the headaches disappeared. They never came back. That was a wake-up call for me - if I could change that, what else could I change?
